I've spent my career in the room where the real conversations happen
Not the board deck version. The actual version.
I spent years as Chief of Staff to CEOs at major corporations. It's a strange and specific job. You have no department and no direct authority, and you're responsible for whether the most important things actually happen.
What you learn in that seat is that the gap between a good decision and a finished thing is enormous, and almost nobody is assigned to it.
I started Executive Office Partners to work that gap for more than one company at a time. Today I work alongside CEOs, founders and leadership teams across professional services, manufacturing and safety, hospitality and travel, and founder-led businesses growing faster than their structure.
Executive Intelligence came later, and it came from noticing something I couldn't stop noticing. The organizations I work with know remarkable things. They see shifts coming a year before the trade press does. They have data nobody has looked at sideways and lessons that cost real money to learn.
Almost none of it ever leaves the building.
So now I do that too. Same skill, pointed outward.
How I work
Direct.
You're not paying me to agree with you. If something isn't working I'll say so early, when it's still cheap to fix.
Embedded, not adjacent.
I'm not a consultant who delivers a deck and leaves. I'm in the meetings, on the calls, in the follow-up nobody wants to do.
Small on purpose.
A handful of organizations at a time. This work doesn't get better by taking on more of it.
Plain language.
If a document needs a glossary, it has failed.
