Most leadership teams don't have an ideas problem. They have a follow-through problem. Decisions get made in meetings, everyone agrees, and then nobody owns the space between the decision and the doing. Ninety days later, someone asks what happened. The honest answer is usually nothing.
The Follow-Through Framework fixes that. It's not software and it's not a seminar. It's a working system I build inside your company and run with you until it holds on its own.
Here's how the 90 days go.
Month one
Pull every commitment into one list
I sit in your leadership meetings, pull every open commitment out of the ether, and build one master list: what was decided, who owns it, and when it's due. No item floats.
Month two
Run the weekly rhythm together
A short, standing review where things either move, get a new date for a real reason, or get deliberately killed. All three are fine. Floating is the only losing move.
Month three
Hand you the keys
Your team is running the rhythm and I'm coaching from the side. Then I step back, and the system holds on its own.
What you're left with is a leadership team that finishes what it starts, a meeting cadence that closes loops instead of opening new ones, and one list everyone actually trusts.
